FAQ
Why three runs per prompt instead of daily tracking?
AI answers are stochastic — ask the same question twice and the brand list changes. Daily single-run trackers report that noise as news. Three repeats per month, aggregated, is a smaller number of touches but a far more honest measurement: "recommended in 2 of 3 runs" is reproducible; a single lucky answer is not.
What's a "prompt"?
A real buying-intent question — "best [category] software for mid-size teams," "[you] vs [competitor]," "how much does [you] cost." We build your prompt set from your category; on Growth and Authority you can add your own.
What happens in the first month?
Your first run establishes the baseline: score, rank, per-engine breakdown, and the full prompt-level map of what you win and lose today. Trends begin with run two.
Do you also fix the problems you find?
Treyci measures. Our parent consultancy, Helix Apps, offers audits and GEO/AEO engagements that do the fixing — and Treyci is how those engagements prove their work. The product never marks its own homework: measurement stays measurement.
