Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Treyci — AI Visibility Intelligence (the "Service"), available at treyci.io and app.treyci.io, operated by Helix Apps LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.
1. The Service
Treyci measures how AI answer engines respond to buying-intent questions about your category — including whether your brand is mentioned, recommended, or cited — and presents those measurements in dashboards and reports. AI engine outputs are inherently variable; the Service reports observed results using a repeat-run methodology but does not guarantee any particular visibility outcome, ranking, or business result.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Workspace owners may invite a limited number of additional users and are responsible for those users' compliance with these Terms. You must provide accurate information at checkout and keep it current.
3. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe, our payment processor. Plans renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel at any time from the billing portal in your workspace settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. We may change plan pricing with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other customers' data; use the Service to violate any law; reverse-engineer the Service; or use automated means to scrape the Service beyond normal use of your own workspace. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with a refund of any prepaid, unused fees where the violation was not willful.
5. Your data & our content
You retain all rights to information you provide to us (such as your competitor list and custom prompts). We retain all rights to the Service, its software, methodology, and the reports and visualizations it generates. During your subscription you may use your workspace's reports and exports for your own business purposes, including sharing them internally and with your advisors.
6. Third-party services
The Service queries third-party AI engines and relies on third-party infrastructure. We are not responsible for the content of third-party AI outputs, and the availability of specific engines may change over time as providers change their offerings or terms.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Helix Apps LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may terminate or suspend the Service for material breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access your workspace ends; we may delete workspace data following a reasonable retention period.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or an in-product notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
