Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Helix Apps LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects and uses information when you use Treyci — AI Visibility Intelligence at treyci.io and app.treyci.io (the "Service"). The short version: we collect only what we need to run the Service, and we do not sell your personal information or share it with third parties for their own marketing.
1. Information we collect
Account information. Your name, email address, and password hash (or Google account identifier if you sign in with Google), plus your company name and website provided at checkout.
Billing information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number — Stripe shares with us only your plan, billing status, and a payment reference.
Workspace data. Your category, competitor list, tracked prompts, and the AI engine responses we collect on your behalf.
Usage data. Standard web logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) and analytics events via Google Tag Manager, used to understand how the Service is used and to improve it.
2. How we use information
We use your information to provide and operate the Service, process payments, send service-related emails (such as your monthly brief, sign-in links, and billing notices), respond to support requests, improve the product, and meet legal obligations. We do not use your data to train AI models, and we do not send third-party advertising.
3. What we don't do
We do not sell personal information. We do not rent or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. We do not disclose your workspace measurements to anyone outside your workspace, except as described below.
4. Service providers
We rely on a small set of vendors to run the Service, each processing data only on our instructions: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), Google (sign-in and analytics), GitHub (measurement pipeline execution), and the AI engine providers we query on your behalf (queries sent to engines contain your category-related prompts, not your personal information).
5. Cookies
We use cookies that are necessary for the Service to function — keeping you signed in and remembering your theme preference — plus analytics cookies via Google Tag Manager. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies will prevent sign-in from working.
6. Data retention
We retain account and workspace data while your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward, in case you return or need an export. You can request deletion at any time (see Section 8), and we delete or anonymize data that we no longer need.
7. Security
Data is encrypted in transit, access to production systems is limited, and payment details are handled entirely by Stripe. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information with industry-standard measures.
8. Your rights
You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal information by emailing support@treyci.io. We honor applicable rights under laws such as the GDPR and CCPA, including the right to know what we hold about you and the right to deletion. We will respond within 30 days.
9. Children
The Service is for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
10. Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or an in-product notice before they take effect. The "Last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
